Stainless Steel (SS) BALL VALVE
L&T Valves manufactures a full fledged range of Stainless Steel Ball Valves in full-bore and regular-bore designs. They come with a variety of end connections, such as Flanged ends, Screwed ends and socket welded ends, to suit the customers’ requirements. These SS Ball valves are of floating-ball design where the ball moves towards the downstream seat, under pressure, to create a tight seal.
The internal parts that come in contact with the pipeline fluid, as well as the body of the SS Ball valve are strictly of SS 316 / SS CF8M grade. This means that all liquids and gasses that are chemically compatible with SS316 and Teflon (PTFE) seat can be used. The body is designed to be robust and can strongly withstand rust and dampness. These valves can be operated with the help of a lever (handle) as well as a Gear (wheel). All L&T SS Ball valves are suitable for pneumatic and electrical actuation.
