Single Plate WAFER CHECK VALVE
NVR Valves, a Jalandhar based Valve Company, manufactures Wafer type Check Valves, with sizes ranging right from 40MM to 300MM. These valves are designed to be sandwiched between a pair of flanges in the pipeline. NVR wafer Check valves are manufactured to withstand pressure as per PN-16 and PN-20 rating. The valve is suitable for application in horizontal as well as vertical pipelines. Ductile iron material is used for the body, and the flaps are manufactured in Ductile iron as well as SS CF8 material. The valve is generally lined with EPDM/Nitrile rubber.
The most highlighting feature of the NVR wafer Check valve is that, it is priced moderately and can easily fit the budget of every Firefighting contractors, HVAC engineering companies and Real estate groups. Also, these Check valves are easy to install and easy to maintain on-line. A warranty of 15/18 months from the date of commissioning / supply is also provided with the valves.
The NVR Wafer Check valves are built to withstand working temperatures of around 90 ®C and working pressure of approximately 10-16 Kg/cm². These valves are best suited for air and water line application.
