Cast Iron (CI) Y-Type Strainers

NVR Valves, a Jalandhar based Valve Company, manufactures Cast Iron Y-Type Strainers in screwed as well as flanged end connections, with sizes ranging from 15MM to 300MM. NVR C.I Y-Strainers are tested to withstand pressure of almost 21 Kg/cm². The strainer body is manufactured in Cast iron material, and the perforated mesh screen in Stainless Steel material.

NVR Y-Strainer is the most apt device for mechanically removing unwanted solids from liquid, gas or steam lines by means of a perforated SS mesh straining element. Its application is mainly in pipelines to protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment.
