BALANCING VALVES

BALANCING VALVES

CASTLE Digital hand wheel Balancing Valves are used to control the flow of water and to ensure that the chilled water system is balanced. It is used to modulate the fluid flow before it reaches the unit. The hand wheel acts as a built-in flow measuring device so that operation of the valve can be observed and noted precisely. The least count of 0.1 in the number of turns ensures accuracy and precision to determine the flow rate.

The CASTLE Balancing valves are available in sizes ranging from 15MM up to 400MM, in gunmetal as well as cast iron materials. These valves come with screwed and flanged end connection options. Some salient features of these valves are its easily accessible test points for measurement of flow and differential pressure. The test points are easy to connect even with insulation. The presetting digital indicator provides an accuracy of 1/10 hand wheel rotation.

These Balancing valves decrease the cost of energy by up to 30%. They ensure desired supply of cooling and heating in different parts of the system. Human error is also eliminated as a result of this.

CASTLE also has a range of Large dia Balancing valve, which is an alternative to the regular ones. It is a solution created to counter space and has the combined features of multiple valves. These balancing valves can be installed in horizontal as well as vertical pipelines, and are available in sizes ranging from DN 350 to DN 1200.
